Some of these files have the read-only bit set
and others do not (in fact it appears that only
the two extension fragments have the read-only bit set).
I think it might be wise to set the read-only bit
on all files when moved into the subdirectories
being prepared for the next delivery ... then
again the extension data type is a file that
would typically be overwritten for
customizations, as I suppose would all the others.
I think I've talked myself into them all not
having the read-only bit set ... anyone else have
an opinion on this? ... but at least it should be
consistent one way or the other.

The subdirectories of mod\ in this ZIP file are
improperly capitalized so this should be checked
when moved into the subdirectories being prepared for the next delivery.
