Subject: Localization plan and UBL 1.1 scheduling

Voting members of the UBL TC,

A plan for UBL localization and UBL 1.1 scheduling was agreed upon
by UBL members meeting in Hong Kong 12 May 2004, as recorded in
slides 3-11 of the meeting report:

Since that report was issued, the Spanish Localization SC has
indicated that they are willing to attempt the same schedule
agreed to by the Asian LSC chairs meeting in Hong Kong.

If you agree to the adoption of this plan, do nothing.  If you
have an objection to the adoption of this plan, please register
that objection by mail to the UBL TC list no later than COB
Tuesday 1 June 2004.
