OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC

Hello UBL TC,

We decided a little while ago to proceed with a public review of
Volume 2 of the UBL 2.0 Data Dictionary even though it only
contains the German translation and not the Danish translation as
we had originally hoped.

I have prepared a candidate PRD1 build:
