  • 1.  Nonsubstantive corrections for PRD3

    Hello UBL TC (and especially members of the PSC and TSC),

Here is a list of all the nonsubstantive corrections I've been
informed of (or noticed).  Please have all other items in by COB
today (Friday 2006.09.15 in New York).

We haven't assigned responsibility to anyone for making these
changes.  I think that the natural breakdown of ownership would be
as follows:

   Schema generation corrections: GEFEG

   Spreadsheet corrections: Borresen/Lemming

   Artwork corrections: McGrath

Ideally we want these changes all made and the corrected schemas,
spreadsheets, and artwork sent to the list in time for review in
next week's Pacific TC call.  So:

   ACTION: Proposed owners listed above to inform the list ASAP if
   they foresee any problem in meeting this deadline.

We also need the business experts to take responsibility for
reviewing the copy edits I made to the spreadsheet definitions
last month in order to ensure that the intended semantics have
been preserved.  I would prefer this to be multiple members of the
PSC and TSC operating independently in parallel.  I'm referring in
particular to Peter, Sylvia, Mark, Tim, and Kama.  Since I
provided a diff to show the changes, this shouldn't be that hard.
Those of you who are willing to step up to this should send a note
to the list so that I know that someone is attending to it and
that I won't have to hold up the progress of the specification
till it gets done.

    Jon,
I am available to generate corrected schema. Because of time zone
differences however, I'm not sure others will see your email in time to make
changes before COB in NY.

    i dont think i can deliver the artwork before the end of next week (say 
Friday 22nd)

it is quite a process and i dont have the software with me, so can i 
wait until i return home?
