Well, one option is to use the existing tools that convert a Schematron
schema into an XSLT stylesheet. You then run the XSLT stylesheet over
your instance by invoking your XSLT engine from the command line, or by
calling it from within a well-known build framework like Apache Ant.
There are also Java, .NET, and Python libraries for validating with
Schematron schemas, from what I can see with a quick Web search.
