Subject: [ubl] Hotel for the London F2F meeting of UBL 28/04 to2/05
Hi!
I have talked to the hotel and it seems the best pricing we can get is
�120 for the Sunday night and �199 per night for the Monday-Thursday
nights inclusive. Considering the location, which is almost 'across the
road' from the Tower of London and 2/3 stops away from APACS on the
underground this is a reasonable (in London terms!) price. They also
have room for us.
Is everyone still okay with this plan at that price? Ideally I'd like a
yes or no, go ahead, within 24 hours so that I can get the block booking
with the hotel, and a booking code for you to make detailed personal
arrangements directly with the hotel.
