OASIS Members, OASIS is pleased to announce the approval and publication of a new Committee Note by the members of the OASIS Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) TC: MQTT and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework Version 1.0 Committee Note 01 28 May 2014 Overview: This note provides guidance for organizations wishing to deploy MQTT in a way consistent with the NIST Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure cybersecurity. About the TC: The OASIS MQTT TC is producing a standard for the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport Protocol compatible with MQTT V3.1, together with requirements for enhancements, documented usage examples, best practices, and guidance for use of MQTT topics with commonly available registry and discovery mechanisms.
