    Members of the MQTT TC,  As you can see, the ballot to approve publishing MQTT v3.1.1 COS02 and submitting it to the OASIS membership for an OS vote has passed.  TC Admin will now publish COS02 and set up the membership vote. TC Admin JIRA ticket  https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-1911 has been set up to manage this task.  Please let me know if you have any questions on this. Description MQTT Version 3.1.1 COS01 [2] completed its 60 day public review and received comments. Subsequently, the TC received some additional comments [3]. The TC has made changes to the Candidate OASIS Standard to address these comments. In accordance with section 3.4.2, ‘Public Review of a Candidate OASIS Standard’ of the OASIS TC Process [5], the TC affirms that: (a) This Working Draft of MQTT Version 3.1.1 [1] contains changes from Candidate OASIS Standard 01 [2]; (b) The changes are documented in [4]; (c) The changes are Non-Material; and (d) The changes were made ONLY to address the comments received. Do you now approve https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/mqtt/download.php/54133/mqtt-v3.1.1-cos02.doc as Candidate OASIS Standard 02 (replacing COS 01) and submitting this COS to the OASIS membership for consideration for OASIS Standard? Passing this ballot will result in the publishing of Candidate OASIS Standard 02 and an OASIS membership ballot to consider approving it as an OASIS Standard. This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 18 voting members.
