Folks -- here is the list of candidate use cases which came out of a first
pass through the scenarios during last Friday afternoon's working session.
The first couple will be worked up for review by the TC, hopefully in time
for this Friday's regular Noon-1 telecon.

initialization or return of results, no synchronization)

(initialization and return values, consumer-set properties, no
synchronization)
