Alan - I think the point is that in the Axis implementation the HTTP cookie
is tied to the call object. Different call objects (i.e. different proxies
for the different factors) mean in the general case different cookies. But
we require to pass always the same cookie with the same sessionGroupID. Is
that the problem, Mike?
Solution: make sure that all proxies share the same cookie (happy hacking
into Axis).

Mike, I didn't exactly get your point here. Are you saying that we would
need fully described ports in order to support session grouping? Could you
elaborate a bit?
