Subject: [wsia] Merged WSIA/WSRP calls and email lists
Folks -- during last week's WSIA and WSRP F2F we decided to consolidate the
two committees' phone calls and email lists to better get to a 1.0 spec.
Thomas has summarized the changes to the Tuesday and Thursday interface
calls (attached below).
The WSIA full committee bi-weekly calls will be folded into the 2-hr
Thursday issue call. The weekly WSIA Customization call will continue in
order to carry out the remaining work on the property interfaces to be
included in 1.0.
We also decided to consolidate the 1.0 interface postings from both WSRP
and WSIA into the single [wsrp-wsia] email list. Please start posting spec
issues only to that list immediately. The WSIA list will continue to be
used for organizational and any other non-1.0 spec related topics.

Subject: [wsrp] Reorganization of WSRP Calls
Dear WSRP TC Members,
at the last Face to Face Meeting, we decided to reorganize our phone calls.
While we initially set up technical calls for the subgroups and a TC call
for organizational and high-level matters, we are now changing to the
following mode of operation to close remaining issues on the specification:
We'll collect all issued raised by the TC in an issues list, maintained by
Gil Tayor. To raise an issue, please send an e-mail to this list, Gil
monitors the list and will feed the issues raised into the issues list.
Based on the input from the TC collected in the issues list, the spec leads
and I will use the Tuesday slot (9am PST / 12 pm EST / 6 pm CET) to review
outstanding issues, prioritize them and schedule them for the Thursday
calls appropriate for their respective priorities. We will then send out
the agenda of issues to be resolved in the Thursday call of the following
week.
Instead of the 1 h bi-weekly WSRP TC call and the 1h weekly interface
subgroup calls on Thursdays we will have a weekly 2 h WSRP TC call to
resolve the outstanding specification issues scheduled in the Tuesday
meeting of the previous week. The time for the weekly 2 h call at Thursdays
will be 8 am PST / 11 am EST / 5 pm CET.
After the Thursday meetings, we will record the resolutions of the issues
covered in the call and the spec editors will update the spec
appropriately.
