New Chair Wakao-san has been elected as the new Chair of PROMCODE TC. 2. Errata 2 Kamimura explained a process of publishing a new errata. This will be Errata 2. He has made all the modifications discussed at the TC meeting of July 22, 2022. Here is the change. Change to Part 1: Specification. In subsection 4.1.3 on Artifact class, the last part of the first item in Links group, [0 ..1] has been changed to [0 .. 1] by inserting a space before 1. This is correction of a typo. In the same subsection 4.1.3, the third item in Links, producedFor: ScopeItem [*] has been changed to producedFor: ScopeItem [0 .. 1] . The text of producedFor: ScopeItem [*] was not consistent with Figure 4 which correctly describes the multiplicity of the property producedFor . This was an overlooked error. Change to Part 3: Constraints. In the definition of Artifact in 2.1, the first item of the third entry in Prefixed Name column, dcterms:isPartOf has been changed to oslc_promcode:isPartOf. It was an error in that dcterms:isPartOf was not consistent with the same properties of other similar class of WorkItem and ScopeItem . This was an overlooked error. Change to the machine-readable file promcode-shapes.ttl The content of line 817 oslc:propertyDefinition dcterms:isPartOf ; has been changed to oslc:propertyDefinition oslc_promcode:isPartOf ; . The change made is to apply the same change to make promcode-sahpes.tt file consistent with the content of Part 3 Constraints. All these are editorial and non-material changes. Kamimura created a package of all the files including changed files as well as a word document that describes the details of the changes. Kamimura proposed a motion to approve the changes and to submit a request to TC Admin Office to initiate the process of publishing Errata 2. Wakao-san seconded. There were no further discussions nor objections. The motion was approved unanimously. Matsumoto-san asked a question on whether the changes will affect the technical note published at
https://docs.oasis-open.org/oslc-promcode/usecase/v1.0/ After some discussion, it was concluded that the changes will not affect the technical note. 3. A note from Mary Beth Kamimura explained a note from Mary Beth asking any good story to share on PROMCODE as a part of new OASIS campaign celebrate the technical achievement. It was concluded that TC has no such story to bring forward at this moment. 4. Creating a document on implementation of PROMCODE server using Lyo Toolkit. Matsumoto-san explained a draft of the document. Kamimura said that adding more explanation with sentences will improve readability of the document especially for new readers. Wakao-san also said that detailed verification of all the steps is needed to ensure that a total flow and steps work with versions of tools used including their recent changes. He also said that he needs to consult with OSLC Open group regarding where the document should be published. Actions: Wakao-san and Matsumoto-san to continue to work on the document described in 4.
