Activity plan of TC for the next several months Kamimura summarized an activity plan for the next several months for the TC. There are two activities we can do. One is to create and publish a second Errata that corrects the problem described in discussion 2 of the TC minutes of July 22, 2022. It is to change the namespace of the property of Artifact to 'oscl_promocode'. This involves some editing change in Chapter 4 and a change in the definition of shape.ttl file. Since Errata can be created only once for every 6 months, the earliest timing we can initiate the work is mid to late November. Another activity is to publish a document to describe implementation of PROMCODE server using Lyo Designer toolkit intended for general audience who want to implement PROMCODE server using the toolkit. 2. TC membership and possible new formation Three TC members (Kamimura, Yabuta-san, Yoshida-san) will have their OASIS individual membership expire in late October to early November. At this stage, three members are not planning to renew the membership. This creates a situation the TC need to plan for timing and work assignment for the second Errata activity. Two options were discussed. The first option is to pursue the use of grace period if it exists so that Kamimura can do the work until the Errata is processed. The second option is to change the chair of TC from Kamimura to another person with possible addition of new members to the TC. All members favor pursuing the first option and if that is not possible, pursue the second option. 3. IBM's latest practice in delivery of system integration projects Wakao-san talked with Nikami-san of IBM to get their latest practice of system integration projects. However, such information is mostly closed within the company and there were little new information. They have process for waterfall delivery and for agile delivery. Tools used vary and more closed than before. In many cases, selection of tools including spreadsheet is influenced by customers situations.
