Lightweight DITA SC

@Dana I think you took notes today? Can you send the final list of survey questions?
 
My design research team said we could use the survey tool they use. One of my researchers is willing to set up the survey for us. I just need to provide them with the
list of survey questions and what answer option we want to include.
