Hi Jang, It looks like a good start, and there's lots here to discuss. I think we might need a template to make sure we capture the same info for each area. The outline we'd proposed previously was something like this: For each role, create one or more personas, with details on: Percentage of time spent authoring Content types being authored Auuthoring formats/tools being used General tech environment - including CMS used if any, publishing tech used, translation tools, etc. *and I forgot to say Business Value - I'm sure that's something we discussed. For each cluster of roles, create one or more scenarios, including at least one cross-role scenario if applicable.
