I think I am using your last-month updates, Mark, and this minimized instance (stripped down from test.ditamap in the samples): <?xml version= 1.0 encoding= UTF-8 ?> <!DOCTYPE map PUBLIC -//OASIS//DTD LW DITA Map//EN map.dtd > <map id= test > <topicmeta> <navtitle>This is a test map</navtitle> </topicmeta> <topicref href= /> <topicref href= /> </map> gives this error: Element topicref content does not follow the DTD, expecting (topicmeta , topicref*), got in Entity I made the original assertion on the basis of this error. I'll wait and try this instance on your updates when I see them. Michael, this instance is okay if it is what you had in mind. I was on a rant that only resurfaces every other day. Today is not the other day. -- Don On 9/8/2015 12:15 PM,
