OASIS Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) TC

All, Please review these 8 open issues:  https://github.com/oasis-tcs/cti-stix2/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+milestone%3A2.1-csd02-wd04 We are trying to get through the backlog of Github Issues and get everything triaged. I did a lot today, and Emily has been doing a lot.  So while we have done 50-60 in the past few weeks, we still have 62 to do.  Most of them will go in to a discussion POST WD04.  But there will be a few that we would like to get in to WD04. So please review these 8 open issues.   Thanks Bret
