We are exchanging draft charters via email (both inline and in attachments).  Suggest going forward that we leverage OASIS collaborative tools for any persistent artifacts.  I believe the CTI TC Document Libarary is the correct place for managing artifacts specific to SC Charters as these matters fall under the purview of the CTI TC ( https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cti/members/upload.php) ? The reason thing keep floating around that basically say the exact same thing is the committees have not been setup yet.  I think we are just trying to move the needle and push this animal in to motion.  Everyone is super excited to get moving and we just need the subcommittees to be formed.  We have all of the motions on the table, and they all have at least one second of not several.  So we have everything we need, according to Roberts Rules to bring them to vote.  We just need to bring them to a vote and get them setup.  The sooner that happens, the sooner things stop flowing over email.   As I see it, we have enough support for the following 4 committees right now: STIX TAXII CYBOX CTI Standards Adoption, Engagement and Outreach Thanks, Bret Bret Jordan CISSP Director of Security Architecture and Standards Office of the CTO Blue Coat Systems PGP Fingerprint: 62A6 5999 0F7D 0D61 4C66 D59C 2DB5 111D 63BC A303 Without cryptography vihv vivc ce xhrnrw, however, the only thing that can not be unscrambled is an egg.   On Jun 20, 2015, at 10:18, Patrick Maroney < Pmaroney@Specere.org > wrote: We are exchanging draft charters via email (both inline and in attachments).
