John / Allan / et al., I took a stab at rewriting the entire error code normative text for the DELETE endpoint, based on all of your feedback and suggestions. Hopefully this reads better now, and is more clear. Please review and add any additional suggestions that you feel would help improve the readability and understanding of the text. Also, if I did not capture some of your views correctly please call them out so we can fix. The changes were made in Section 5.7 found here:
