    Dear TC members,
     
    I know that we voted during our meeting last week. However, in order for the charter to be changed we will need to vote via the following ballot. The

    in the previous email from tc_admin should take you directly to the ballot ( Vote )

    This is the charter draft following the final commit on 14 April 2021. See the commit at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/commit/b30c21eccdc4ebf908eeb6b10acc1e07efc9c54f



    This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 14 voting members. In order to pass, at least 10 (2/3 x 14) members have to vote Yes and no more than 3 (1/4 x 14) members may vote No.
