OpenC2 Technical Committee, The United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) has graciously offered to host a two or three day 'plugfest' for OpenC2 at their DreamPort facility located in Columbia Maryland (
https://dreamport.tech/index.php ). I visited DreamPort on August 26 and I assure you that this is a state-of-the-art facility and presents a great opportunity for OpenC2. We have started a dialogue with USCYBERCOM and we will keep you informed of any developments. As of now, we are thinking of the January 2020 time frame. At this point, we are asking the following of the OpenC2 Technical Committee: Would your organization support a plugfest in the Jan 2020 time frame? Will you provide scenarios or high level use cases to work at the plugfest? What cyber defense functions would you bring to the plugfest? Will you help organize and coordinate the event?
