Hello, all,
Three of us - Robin Gibson, Dave
Marvik, and myself - had changed the time for our Steering Committee
meeting on our respective calendars, pursuant to an earlier exchange of
messages about re-setting the "regular" time of our meeting due to
a conflict one of the members had with another meeting. Therefore, we called in
at 2:00 p.m. Eastern (11:00 Pacific).
John's email of November 8, to be
sure, listed the time for the meeting as 11:00
a.m. Eastern (8:00 Pacific), which was
the original "regular" time.
Unfortunately, the confusion we had over
meeting time made three of us miss the earlier meeting.
The three of us, however, are the ones
who have to request OASIS funds, in the absence of other sources, to support
our travel to Las Vegas in order
to participate in the Steering Committee meeting. I will separately forward a
summary of what the request is, in hopes that the Steering Committee can give
its prior authorization.
I apologize for whatever confusion was
created by my failure to post the revised meeting time on the Web site. Please
dock my pay accordingly.
