Subject: [legalxml-sc] Cheap Unlimited Conference Calling Opportunity forLegalXML TC's and SC

Sorry I was unable to join the call today. But I'm glad it was
postponed till next week, because there is an opportunity that needs
    some formal action.

John Messing was able to get a flat rate for unlimited conference
calling facilities for Sept of $175 and $195/month thereafter. I need
these facilities for the eContracts group. I know (since I'm helping
him get organized as his Vice Chair) that Eddie needs it for Sept too.
And John Messing needs it for eNotarization. I strongly suspect that
Court Filing and our other groups (not to mention our own Steering
Committee) could use it too. In addition, given that the facility is
unlimited in terms of call ins and time used, the eContracts group
(and probably others as well) will use the conf. call facility for
smaller workgroup meetings as well - this will really facilitate our
    work.

Proposal: Assuming we have enough money in our OASIS account, I would
like to propose that we authorize purchasing this service starting in
September. I hereby request that this proposal appear on the agenda
for our next Steering Committee meeting, along with a current
    statement of our accounts.

    Thanks,
     - Dan
