So it seems that whenever Universal Citation is ready to elect a TC representative to the Steering Committee, we’d be pleased to have her/him join us. Adding Scott and Dee to confirm. This section must specify the number of seats on the Steering Committee, any restriction on who may be a member of the Steering Committee and how the Steering Committee is constituted from any combination of the following choices: at-large positions determined by elections among all the Qualified Electors; TC representatives determined using open elections within each TC affiliated with the Member Section; designated positions reserved for representatives chosen by specific industry associations".
