We will try to meet annually face-to-face - I tentively scheduled it for December 2012 in conjunction with the E-Courts conference. 2. We will attempt to launch a new TC focused on e-discovery. While the 2011 funds were approved at our last meeting and now set, the 2012 allocations are suggestions for consideration at our meeting Wednesday. Is it admin staff, spec editing, meeting expense, etc We found that "support" in the spending plan too often means there are no plans, and therefore something doesn't happen.
