    The Steering Committee asked me to obtain an estimate from
each Steering Committee member of the costs that we would incur if we held a
face to face meeting of the Steering Committee in conjunction with the planned
OASIS symposium in 
in May.  The symposium will be May
9-12.  We would probably meet during
that time.  You should anticipate
that at least the IJTC and ECFTC will also meet at that same time.
    


    


    Please let me know:
    


    


    1)  Whether you
would plan to attend
    


    2)  Whether your
organization would pay your expenses
    


    3)  Estimated amount
that the Member Section would have to reimburse in order for you to attend –
please include hotel, meals, and ocal transportation as well as airfare.
    


    


    I would appreciate obtaining your response by the close of
