Dear Dee, please find in attachment the revision of the contracts of Grant and Veronique with the new schedule. The deliverables D1 and D2 were not started for lack of the contracts, so I have postponed, reasonably, the deadlines. Previous minutes of LegalDocML TC deliberated the outcomes and the subdivision in tasks and the contracts. Also the LegalXML-SC approved already both contracts. The two contractors are waiting for to sign the official agreement. I suggest to fix the payment in one delivery, when the deliverable will be released, respectively D1 and D2. Let me know it if is ok in order to announce tomorrow in the LegalDocML TC the enter into efficacy of the contracts at 19th Nov. Thanks for your support, as usual very effective. vero_parisse@yahoo.fr The contractors need to use the attached OASIS template (to the best of their ability) as they are the individuals that are agreeing to the terms. As I have stated before, although the StC agreed ‘in general terms’ to allocate these funds in 2012, the StC is responsible for reviewing the deliverable and approving the release of the funds as the deliverable are accomplished. The deliverables need completion dates and I will advise that you possibly group deliverables into two payments of about equal size to be specified in the contract – this makes it easier on everyone. It looks like some of the deliverables may have passed so we need some indication what has or has not occurred, given that we have not seen any feedback from the contractors, unless I am mistaken.
