LegalXML-SC meeting, but an urgent family issue raised at the very last minute. I saw the minutes and I would like to answer to some questions raised during the meeting: a) in attachment the invoices of Grant and Veronique related to the documentation D1, D2, D3, D4 and examples of LegalDocML. We are packaging everything for the next 23th Dec. There is a problem. We don't have the contracts signed. A separate email from Laurel (thanks a lot!) explains a possible solution and asks advice to Scott. b) about the Jurix2015 Doctoral Consortium I have assigned the DC award to: Prakash Poudyal , "A machine learning approach to argument mining in legal documents" In total we had five papers coming from doctoral candidates in DC and connected AICOL workshop, only three met the DC award rules. The 200$ invoice from Amazon is in attachment. c) about the LegalRuleML next contract for 2016, we need that for technical support on the XSD schema in order to include inputs coming from the public review. d) about the LegalDocML next contracts for 2016, we need them for quality check in the new deliverable on the best practices: how to use in practice Akoma Ntoso in use cases. If you have other questions do not hesitate to query and sorry for the confusion about the Grant and Veronique contracts.
