Perhaps what we should request is that OASIS create a zip
file and post a link to that zip file. In a sense, this can keep the
documents contained together and not get them confused with current
information.

I don't
want to try to make this call on my own presumed authority, but my 2-cents'
worth is that we'd want a link to all of the old materials...at least access by
the Steering Committee while we search for useful materials from the legacy
files.
I think
we should ask for a link from the Steering Committee page at OASIS--not yet
from the Legal XML Home Page. Once we've had a look at the material and a
chance to describe it or index it somehow, we could have the Home Page link set
up and then we can announce to the Member Section that they can peruse the past
as they please.

LegalXML legacy docs?]
Steering
Committee:
I've asked
our webmaster Sharon about the status of the legacy files
that you were talking about
yesterday. Sharon has provided me with a
list of the files residing on the
OASIS server. We don't have links to
any of these files, but could; we
set up a page for this purpose at
http://www.legalxml.org/legacy/index.shtml
(and a link from the left
navbar of the LegalXML home page at
http://www.legalxml.org/)
but you've
never told us which if any of these
docs you'd like to have links to.
We're
awaiting your instructions. Please tell Sharon what you'd like to
have her do with these docs.
