Simplesects, in english, have unnumbered titles. However, in some other
languages they are numbered. The question is are or are not the simplects
numbered? I think they should not be numbered.
In 'common/en.xml', context 'title-numbered', the simplesect line is
identical to the line from 'title-unnumbered' context:
<l:template name="simplesect" text="%t"/>
In 'common/ro.xml', the line is the following:
<l:template name="simplesect" text="%n. %t"/>
Which is numbered. Grepping for the same line, we get the following list:
