It has an effect, yes.
And it is working as described.
So does chunk.first.sections="1" too.
But I want the mixture as described.
Chapter with the first section, after that every section on their own pages.
I could send too chms. One with chunk.first.sections="0" and one with
chunk.first.sections="1" if you like.
