    Hi Boris,
    Customization of the DocBook chunking stylesheets requires a two-stage
    customization: one stage for formatting elements such as d:chapter, and the
    other for chunking elements like d:chapter. See this reference for a
    detailed explanation of why that is and how to customize the chunking
    stylesheets:
