Hi Benjamin,
Not all element titles have an attribute-set assigned to them. All other titles,
including bibliography, are formatted using the titlepage specification mechanism,
which is described here:

You should be able to assign a color attribute to the bibliography title element in
your copy of the spec file, regenerate the templates, and import the generated file
into your customization layer.
