    Hi List.

I would like to have some information about export to ODT from DocBook.

I haven't been able to find something I could use like the XSL style
sheets to add to the HTML/PDF possibilities of DocBook the ODT format.
It's kind of surprising as they both are OASIS supported. I would like
to have an editable version (unlike PDF) of my documents...

Could someone be kind enough to point me in the correct direction ?

    Thanks in advance

    Best regards,

    Fabien

PS: I am running the style sheets (DB5) in Java using Saxon (9.2).

You can use FO stylesheet which is part of DocBook XSL stylesheets
distribution and then use FO processor which is able to output ODF --
    for example http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/

    Hi Jirka.
That's a good point. I have tried with FOP for RTF (big troubles with tables) thus was searching another direction, but I can give XSL-FO Converter a try and see what I get.
    Thanks for your input.

    Best regards,
    Fabien

    Hi Eric.
Yes, I have tried that, but the aim is a server based generation (automatic) thus no end user.

    Regards,
    Fabien
