Has anyone been successful at getting "continued" lines into indexes?

That is when a top level entry wraps to a new page or column, you get a line like, "Foobar continued" at the top of the next line.

I don't see any obvious, easy way to do this, but I'm hoping someone on the list has:-).

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

This could be done by formatting each index entry using fo:table and
using fo:retrieve-table-marker to show continuation text. This is XSL-FO
1.1 feature, I'm not sure which processor support it directly, but many
processor offer similar proprietary extension, for example there is
    rx:table-omit-initial-header in XEP.

    Jirka,

Thanks. I'll look into it. If I come up with anything generally useful, I'll report back to the list.
