    Hi,

    I had to localize some of my docbook assembly files, and it seems to me
    that the stylesheets ignore the xml:lang and other attributes.

    I have created a patch (attached) that preserves the "xml:lang" and
    "condition" attributes of the <structure> tag, though it might not be the
    best solution (and it still drops other attributes).
