    I think from docbook 4.1

    This from an O'Reilly xml source.

    The current docbook 'upgrade' options
    http://doccookbook.sourceforge.net/html/en/dbc.structure.db4-to-db5.html

    Anyone know if this is OK with the O'Reilly version of docbook please?

    That page links to

    which is 404?
