  • 1.  Resource Segment Description Not in Section 1.3

    In Section 1.3 of the CAP standard it describes the structure of the CAP
    Alert Message. It identifies the <alert>, <info>, and segments
    but not the <resource> segment. Recommend adding a reference to the
    <resource> segment in a future update of this section.

    listed as RFC-ISO639.2 rather than RFC3066?
