    Depending on the amount of revision that is acceptable at this point,
    the TC may want to reconsider it use of short definitions for child
    elements.

    Under 4.2 Properties we find:

    The Definitions element has the following properties:

    can be referenced as a type for Relationship Templates of a Service
    Template.

    Which is accurate as far as it goes but:

    One of the promises of markup was the ability to quickly and easily
    navigate to different parts of documents.

    It doesn't speak well of markup if the people who write it don't take
    advantage of it.
