Subject: [ubl-ndrsc] Tim's Normalization Paper

Attached is the paper Tim wrote for us in LCSC
discussion normalization. This section comes from the Methodology
paper that is in our distribution. He wrote out the normalization paper
after the LCSC asked him to explain further.
IMHO - this should not be part of the LCSC
Methodology until it is agreed upon, but its too late now to take it
back.
This paper should become part of the discussion of
containership methodology.
For Tim's benefit, there are currently three papers
discussing different view points:
OO-Design0p1.doc (from Gunther)
Containership.doc (from Arofan)
normalization.doc (from Tim)
This discussion is slated for the next face to
face.
