Yep, I tend to agree becoz one the advantages of <Head> is that
there's only 1 head across all the types, so that processing-
oriented (as opposed to type-oriented) computations can be
performed with a "well-known element".
Specific purpose-intended metadata could be sloted within the
<Head> itself, so we *could* have something like:
<Head>
<DocInfo>
<UBLVersion>...</UBLVersion>
<DocType>...</DocType>
<DocID>...</DocID>
<CreationSoftware>...</CreationSoftware>
<CreationDateTime>...</CreationDateTime>
...
</DocInfo>
<...
</Head>
(Ok, please don't scream, this is just an example!)
