    Hello all,

here are the modified CCT, RT, and DT files with nearly all necessary CodeList-Files.
I haven't generated any code lists for encoding code and character type code, because I don't know which kind of international code list I can use for it.

Also I made a minor change that all schemas will be valid, now.
