Here is the latest version 5 of the DE 2.0 Issues List. The status of each
edit is shown in column E, color-coded with informative text. All items in
green have been approved with edits appearing in the version 5 draft DE 2.0
specification uploaded separately. Items in grey have edits made but not
yet approved. Items in Yellow are for consideration with the
geo-oasis:Where and items in red require some further discussion. We'll
continue to review, modify and approve edits at tomorrow's meeting, 9/7/10.
