I wanted to use this reply as a reminder to the group that we have a 
special meeting today and we need a quorum.

Our first agenda item: We need to vote on advancing the document below 
to the EM TC with a recommendation to approve it as a Committee Draft 
and Committee Specification next Tuesday. This includes accepting the 
the resolution of issues from the 15-Day Public Review reported in the 
document at the url that follows.
