EM Messages and Notification SC

Tim Grapes added the following comment to the CommonIncidentTypesDraftApr08.xls document in the EM Messages and Notification SC Group.

SitReps require an incident type, and a list of extendable default values (or capability to use own) is desired.  This spreadsheed compiles views of existing incident types used within various systems, organizations and agencies for default consideration.
