    Before we get to far into "final" draft editing, it would be good to make a decision on the
    new "OwnerInfo" elements? (Owner, HomeDisptach, HomeUnit)

    Is there an example of their usage?

hope Tim could get Jon Skeels to provide the example.

    I recognize that I own this action and will pursue ASAP.  In the meantime,
let's nail down everything else and worry about these 3 elements when I get
some clarification.
