Jason Harrop is a founder and Chief Technology Officer of SpeedLegal. 
SpeedLegal has been providing its "SmartPrecedent" XML-based document automation 
product to large law firms and law departments for around 4 years. Jason has 
been a member of LegalXML since early 2000.  During that time he has been most 
active in the eContracts technical committee, of which he is currently a Co-Vice 
Chair, but is also interested in Court Filing, eNotary, and the various 
"horizontal" issues.  Before joining SpeedLegal in 1999, Jason worked at IBM, 
and prior to that, as a lawyer.
