I have tried not to double-spam your people, so my list is quite short:

    Alcatel-Lucent
    Beijing Sursen International
    Justsystems Corporation
    STMicroelectronics

Hopefully we will get necessary 47 votes soon so we can have good and
    deep sleep.

    Hi Jirka,

Don't count on it. Like most things, people either vote when they get
the initial notice (a handful), or they vote when the reminder goes
out (the majority of voters). The reminder notice is sent to go out on
the 27th. I've toyed with the idea of sending the reminder notice
sooner, but then people will know I'm tricking them and not vote at
all. All TCs go through this, unfortunately. Seems our members are
    procrastinators.

    All the best,

    Mary

The problem is that many members will simply not vote, because they
don't know what the DocBook is -- they have interest in completely
    different areas covered by OASIS.

For example 2 companies on my last internally use DocBook, but their
contact at OASIS doesn't know this (the problem of too big company) so
without writing to him and telling him that DocBook is important even
for his company, he would simply ignore vote.

I'm optimistic, but I recall that when we were undergoing ballot for
V4.5 we haven't gained much more then necessary 15%.
