    Dear all,

I have a question to clarify what is the right syntax to describe ContentID in SOAP envelope with Payloads.

<ds:Signature>
    <ds:Reference URI="cid://PurchaseOrder01">  <-- This is the example in specification.
    <ds:Reference URI="cid:PurchaseOrder01">    <-- This is the alternative 
</ds:Signature>

Is there any available Security Toolkit to recognize the reference point with this syntax?
