    I was trying to clarify lines 1738 and 1739 in section 7.4.5 on
    TimeToLive.
    
    I agree that it will be useful to clarify at the end of section
    7.4.4 RetryInterval that:
    
    "RetryInterval applies to the time between sending of the
    original message and the first retry as well as the time
    between retries."
